Biotechnologist with experience in public and private R & D & i management. Has worked in the pharmaceutical sector seeing the incorporation of new products and for 5 years promoted science, technology, innovation and digitization from the public sector, leading the National Council of STI (CONCYTEC) development unit and later as Director of Innovation and General Director of Innovation, Technology and Digitization at the Ministry of Production. She is currently the CEO of the Hub de Innovación Minera del Perú (Mining Innovation Hub), a space that promotes the search for solutions to common mining challenges through collaboration and innovation in the sector.
