He has worked across various industries, including open-cut and underground mines (iron ore, copper, silver, lead, zinc, coal), processing plants (flotation and mills), oil and alumina refineries, investment banking, and utilities (electrical distribution).

For the past 15 years, Michael has been delivering highly complex operational technology systems, with a particular focus on Mining Automation. He is dedicated to ensuring the realisation of safety, productivity, and cost improvements expected by its users.
