Emilie’s experience spans 20 years of working with industrial companies on their digital transformations within their operations. She joined Schneider Electric in 2023 bringing with her experience of digital advisory from Capgemini where she led Capgemini’s strategic consulting Intelligent Industry capability group – and before that from technology analyst firm IDC where she led IDC’s industry sector practice of strategic technology advisory research and consulting globally for mining and energy. She brings insights about the digital and technology choices mining companies must make to support the huge change the energy transition requires and how Schneider Electric can support industrial companies to decarbonise and digitally transformation.

Emilie is a Chemical Engineer with a passion for finding the pathways across the technology ecosystem, and through people and process change. She is a collaborator, enjoying the journey of building the ecosystem, and in doing so building strong performing capabilities that can support the transformation journey that mining organisations are on.
