Bobbie Foot
Bobbie Foot is a globally recognized leader in Health, Safety, and Environment innovation within the mining industry. With a career spanning more than two decades, she brings a wealth of experience across sustainability, leadership capability and operations. Bobbie is currently BMA General Manager Infrastructure and Services where she is responsible for a portfolio supporting more than 5000 people, including running an airport, housing and village accommodation portfolio, and provision of water and utility services across BMA. She is also involved with two United Nations committees, including chairing a UNECE Taskforce on Just Transitions, and is a previous industry representative on the Qld Coal Mining Safety and Health Advisory Committee. Bobbie's unwavering commitment to sustainability in the mining sector earned her recognition as one of the International Top 100 Women in Mining in 2020.
