Eligibility Criteria:

Participants: Must be early-stage startups, entrepreneurs, or researchers with a focus on innovations that are on the pathway to commercialisation, specifically within the METS, Defence, Space, or Manufacturing industries. Participants must have a developed prototype, proof of concept, or minimum viable product (MVP) that demonstrates commercial potential.

Application Process:

Submission: Applications must be submitted through the GRX25 website and should include a detailed description of the innovation, its current stage, and its potential impact on the industry.

Deadline: All applications must be received by March 31, 2025.

Review: A panel will review all applications and participants confirmed based on the potential impact of their innovation. All successful applicants will be advised as soon as their application has been reviewed and processed.

Payment: Upon approval of your application, a participation agreement and invoice will be provided for signing and payment.
Participant Obligations:

Attendance: Participants must attend scheduled Innovation Zone activities and be present at their desk space during exhibition hours.

Setup and Dismantling: Participants are responsible for setting up and dismantling their displays according to the conference schedule. Modifications to allocated spaces are not permitted without prior approval.

Participation is subject to the full GRX25 Participant Agreement which will be provided at the time of booking or on request.
Confidentiality & Intellectual Property (IP):

Confidentiality: Participants must ensure their confidential information and IP are adequately protected before any applications are submitted to the GRX website for participation review by the industry panel and any further promotion and exposure received during the GRX25 Event.

IP Protection: Participants are highly recommended to take appropriate steps to protect their IP before submitting applications via the GRX website and disclosing their innovations at GRX25. The organisers are not responsible for any IP infringement or breaches of confidentiality.
Code of Conduct:

Professional Conduct: All participants and sponsors are expected to maintain a professional demeanour throughout the event. Disrespectful or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Innovation Zone without a refund.

Compliance with Conference Rules: All participants must comply with the rules and regulations of the GRX25 conference and the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre.
